Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made after 12 noon on the day before check-in may attract a full room charge.
- If a guest does not arrive for a confirmed booking, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
- Requests to restore a missed or cancelled booking will be handled as a new reservation and will depend on room availability.
- Once checked in, the booking is considered confirmed for the full stay. Early check-out may still be charged for the booked duration.
Terms & Conditions
- Room rates include all applicable taxes.
- Checkout follows the hotel's 12 noon checkout policy and may vary based on the booking type.
- Tariffs, offers, and room availability may change without prior notice.
- Hotel Grand Vekasa may update room rates, booking rules, and hotel policies when required.
- All guests must present a valid original photo ID with address proof at check-in. Accepted documents include Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, and Aadhaar Card.
- If check-in is denied because valid ID proof is not provided, the booking will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for refund.
- Hotel Grand Vekasa reserves the right of admission.
- Unmarried couples are not allowed.
- Guests aged 8 years and above will be charged as full occupants.
